"Two as One" is the advanced form of the Cloud Sea series.

It captures the joy of two free spirits — belonging to each other, dancing as one.

 

Created in 2023, the Sea of Clouds series is the dreamscape I brought to life in my grandparents' living room, in my hometown of Yunlin.

Nature, folded so naturally into the everyday.

Those swirling clouds and rolling waves on the ceiling — they were the tremor within me, upon returning to the Chianan Plain.

 

Process

In the process of creation, I become a vessel —

letting the image flow, my hands shaping the work with each moment's inspiration, following the light.

Using flexible stainless steel wire, I trace the rhythm of an unending spiral, composing the posture of light.

Then comes the raw, unbleached fabric — stitched thread by thread, a meditation, a practice of the Art Way.

Finally, acrylic paint is layered on, bringing rich color into the light.
