Payment Methods
Depending on where you are, BEING light and art offers two different payment channels.
If you are in Taiwan, you may pay via ECPay. If you are in Europe or elsewhere in the world, you may check out through PayPal. Payment options include:

Shipping Process
Halo calls many places home.
Most works from BEING light and art are kept at the studio in Erlun, Yunlin. At times I am in Taoyuan, and at times in Amsterdam — if your order cannot be shipped immediately, thank you for your understanding.
The wait time from payment to receiving your work is approximately one week.
You are welcome to contact me before placing an order, so we can agree on a timeline that works for both of us.
If you are in the United States, your order will be shipped via DHL. For all other locations, it will be shipped via Chunghwa Post.
At this time, works can only be shipped to the following places: Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Certain works from the "Garment of Light" series are large-scale art lamp shades, unsuitable for shipping as parcels. If you'd like to bring one home, you are welcome to visit Studio Halo in Yunlin or Amsterdam.
Return Policy
Orders within Taiwan
In accordance with Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, if you wish to return an item, please contact "BEING light and art" within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your name, order number, phone number, the name of the item being returned, and the reason for return.

The 7-day protection period under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act is meant to give you time to consider whether the item meets your needs — it is not a trial period. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and free of stains, with the complete original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact. Otherwise, we regret that we cannot accept the return.
Once "BEING light and art" receives the returned item and confirms it is complete and undamaged, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued through the methods and process supported by ECPay.
The refund amount covers only the purchase price of the returned item itself, not the original shipping fee. However, the cost of shipping the item back to us will be covered by "BEING light and art."
International Orders
Due to the high cost of long-distance international shipping, "BEING light and art" does not accept free returns or exchanges for personal reasons (such as color variation, change of mind, or size not meeting expectations), except in cases where the item itself has a major defect, is damaged, or the wrong item was shipped.
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, you must contact "BEING light and art" within 14 days of receiving it, and you will be responsible for all costs of shipping the item back internationally, including packaging fees and any import duties that may apply. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is complete and undamaged, we will refund only the net amount of the item itself — the original international shipping fee will not be refunded.
If the item you received was damaged during shipping, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours. "BEING light and art" will be glad to arrange a refund or a replacement for you.
